The Global Competitiveness circumstances compel us to design an international plan as a country, to differentiate into international markets Dominican products, and create a market force based on their merits, quality and uniqueness that can only offer the Dominican Republic.
When I corresponded represented as ambassador to the Dominican Republic, in Germany and a significant segment of Eastern Europe, was aware that he had the obligation to sell the country as a tourist destination and make openings niche markets for different products Dominicans, who by their unique characteristics possessed the potential to conquer a space within the broad universe of a Europe, which even though ancient, continuously exploring new products and adding to its cultural and gastronomic.
As such we did a tour of the different Länder, with three main objectives in our bags: 1. Tourism project, with all its beauty, diversity and beautiful beaches.

I am of the humble opinion, we should be creative as a country, and present our potential, and innovate with other developed countries especially in Asia are demanding intensive, I urge the Dominican authorities to take a look at the Panama of Today, whose ability as a country brand marketing, is extraordinary, like Chile, Brazil, Argentina and other nations in the region.
